lesson learnt: check in, go sleep. even when im starving. 'cause it only makes me bloated after food and not being able to sleep.. and then leads to thinking a lot and hallucinating cos of the lack of sleep plus too much sugar (cos of all the junk.) im totally hating this and please kill me if i ever do this again.
