damn the bad weather! causing headache and mirgrain to both my sister and me. =( my smiley tummy is no longer smiling after all those delicious crystal jade bread and iced gem biscuits. it's crying for help asking me to stop bcos it may burst anytime. the biggest problem lies in myself, not feeling full even my stomach is already bloated. =( i am trying to make H2O my best friend... yes, let's BOTTOMS UP!
