anyway, i've got the Pineapple tarts recipe from eve. 喜, 怒, 哀, 乐.. hehehe..thou the pineapple filling was ready made and not grind by myself, im still proud of the tarts i've made.
cos on my first attempt, aunt jerene happened to pop by, tasted my product, and gave 2 thumbs up! hehe..
